TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ITEM DELIVERY
If the payment of the order is made on a working day until 10 a.m., the items are delivered on the same day or within 1 working day. If the payment of the order is made on a non-working day or public holidays, the items are delivered within the upcoming 1-2 working days.
The seller reserves the right to change the transportation rates depending on the order amount, item dimensions, and place of delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNING AN ITEM
Qualitative and used items are not accepted back!
The buyer has the right to return the items by notifying the seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the items to be returned and order number) no later than within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the items.
The following data must be provided: name/ surname of the client, order number of the items to be returned, specific items to be returned, reasons for the return.
This is a prerequisite for the refund for returned items. Transportation costs when returning or exchanging for another item are paid by the customer.
Upon return of the items, the money is refunded within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned items. In all cases, the money for the returned items is transferred only to the bank account of the payer indicated in the return form. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
