If the payment of the order is made on a non-working day or public holidays, the items are delivered within the upcoming 1-2 working days.<br \/>\nThe seller reserves the right to change the transportation rates depending on the order amount, item dimensions, and place of delivery.<br \/>\nIf you have not received the ordered items within 2 days after the payment, please contact us by e-mail: info@srauta.lt<\/p>\n<p>TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNING AN ITEM<br \/>\nQualitative and used items are not accepted back!<br \/>\nThe buyer has the right to return the items by notifying the seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the items to be returned and order number) no later than within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the items.<br \/>\nThe following data must be provided: name\/ surname of the client, order number of the items to be returned, specific items to be returned, reasons for the return.<br \/>\nThis is a prerequisite for the refund for returned items. Transportation costs when returning or exchanging for another item are paid by the customer.<br \/>\nUpon return of the items, the money is refunded within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned items. In all cases, the money for the returned items is transferred only to the bank account of the payer indicated in the return form.
